Create

The SOS Resources questionnaire generator is simple to use and completely flexible. The intuitive ‘point-and-click’ engine allows you to start designing your questionnaire from scratch or from a comprehensive selection of templates which you can easily modify and adapt to your requirements. Test

Once you have created your questionnaire, you can preview the final look and function then send a test version to yourself or a friend to fill out.

Distribute

When you’re happy with the questionnaire, all you need to do is create a distribution email list from either individual entries or by importing a list (e.g. excel or word file). Distribution options include:

	Customisable Email invitation containing a link to the survey
	Email the entire survey in HTML format
	Use the HTML link in your own email application (e.g. outlook)
	Use an HTML link to the survey on your website
	Create a survey pop-up on your website
	Request a PDF of the survey which you can email as an attachment
	Print off the PDF for hand-written responses

Report

As soon as responses are received, SOS Resources populates the database for you and you can monitor the results instantly by logging into your account and going to the survey you wish to review. All data is accessible, from summary reporting right through to individual responses.

Comprehensive filtering tools allow you to ‘slice and dice’ the data whichever way you require and you can report on the results according to your needs. A range of data export formats (e.g. Excel and Word compatible) allows simple integration of survey data into your research project.
